  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
