Create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales for channel partners.
Analyze the effectiveness of sales campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve sales effectiveness.
Plan and execute events to increase leads, opportunities, and product awareness.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of events and sales opportunities created.
Manage budgets and resources for channel marketing activities and ensure that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain a database of channel partner information and preferences to personalize sales and marketing efforts.
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, project case studies, videos, and write-ups.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in channel marketing or a related role in the electrical industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with channel partners and internal teams.
In-depth knowledge of channel marketing strategies and techniques.
Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform channel marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
