  • Managing and maintaining the various tools and systems used by the sales team in Malaysia. E.g. SFDC, CPQ systems.
  • Managing partner data in ICON systems and creating new partners in Shuttle systems.
  • Responsible for setting up pricing for new products and managing trade promotions or stocking discounts through the Vistex.
  • Administrator/ Super User for managing the MyLighting pricing system, maintaining the EazyDMS system, and training partners on how to use the system.
  • Managing trade sell-through and inventory management to ensure that partners submit their monthly reports on time.
  • Updating sell-in and sell-through reports to partners, key account managers, and commercial leaders on a monthly basis. Sales support is also responsible for updating backorder reports and managing SFDC pipeline reporting and lead assignment.
  • Creating and renewing partner agreements and ensuring that all signed agreements are filed and stored safely and processing customer cheque payments and generating leads through the BCI online system.
  • Diploma in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, channel sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and channel partner management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales-related software.
  • Able to join immediately is preferred
