Social Media Marketing

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Officer responsible for driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, and increasing sales through social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, 小红书).
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness.
• Manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
• Report on social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events through social media channels.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Experience with content creation, including graphic design or video editing (basic skills preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive insights.
• Creativity and a good eye for design and branding.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.
