Job Overview:

Seeking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. 2 years of digital marketing experience is preferred with a strong focus on social media/ online platforms and data analysis. (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Google Analytics).

Job Role:

You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media contents, online marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance across various digital channels to drive brand awareness and engagement for our company. You will also need to maintain and improve our website overall operation/ interface.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Create engaging content across platforms
  • Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to optimize strategies.
  • Manage and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to enhance customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns/ digital marketing campaigns (SEO/ SEM)
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other data analytics platforms.
  • Prepare reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for optimization of content and strategies.
  • Maintaining and improving website operation/ interface.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google). Other platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in social media management, including creating campaigns, analyzing performance, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and others.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in handling and maintaining website’s backend interface.
  • Creative thinker for content creation.
