Responsibility

  • Monitor inventories of repair parts and order new parts as needed for all repair depots.
  • Counter check depot's record on the repair work carried out, perform spot check on site for repairment quality and record.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs or maintenance performed.
  • Support to guide technicians in repair techniques and safety procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance (SOP) to technicians and other personnel.
  • Continue improvement to increase the repairment productivity and cost optimization. Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner and within company guidelines. Align the global standard of MB repair procedures.
  • In-charge on technical information release and safety related notice to depot and customer

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English & Mandarin.
  • Diploma degree of above.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience (6~8 years) in repairing, cutting, grinding & welding, reshaping, and painting processes, experience in managing teams of technicians and ensuring high standards of work.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
  • Ability to develop and implement damaged sorting procedure.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Proficient with computers and relevant software programs
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
