  • To assist in creating and maintaining in day to day administrative activities, including Clerical Duties – (photocopying, scanning & preparing documents as requested by superior) and General Duties – (stationery, pantry item, access card, etc).
  • Act as receptionist.
  • Prepare administrative letters as assigned by superior.
  • To maintain efficient filing and documentation office systems which both are physical and digital. Ensure that all records are field in the orderly manner & are easily accessible when needed.
  • Assist in the planning & coordination of office events, meetings and celebrations.
  • Candidate(s) must possess at least a SPM / Certificate in Business Administrative or related field.
  • Preferably minimum 1 year experience in administrative work.
  • Excellent time management and be able to commit to work deadlines.
  • Must have basic using Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel, and Power-point).
  • Good communication skills to liaise with people from all level.
