Key Responsibilities:

  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  4. Regulatory Compliance and Product Knowledge:
    • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
  5. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Refine sales strategies based on client feedback and market data.
  6. Sales Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
    • Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and contracts.
  7. Coordination with Internal Teams:

    • Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment collection.
  8. After-Sales Support:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in OEM or contract manufacturing.
  • Primarily office-based, with regular travel to client sites, industry conferences, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills within the pharmaceutical sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
    • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and manufacturing processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
