Key Responsibilities: Key in sales and purchases invoices, payment vouchers , receipts Bank reconciliation Assist with payroll processing. Able to use SQL, autocount accounting software. Handle purchasing of office equipment, office stationery, other related office supplier Administration task, reporting and prepare document accordingly. Responsible for accounts and administrative filing, documentation and process of staff claims. Job requirements: Working hours: Any three days per week , 9am to 6 pm Candidate at least possess at SPM/Diploma in Accounting/finance or any other equivalent qualification. Required Language(s): English, bahasa malaysia, mandarrin Has a strong sense of responsibility. Good team player. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. Required skills: Google Form, Microsoft offices (Excel and Word), SQL/Autocount Able to handle multi-task under pressure and meet deadline. Being familiar with Auto count and SQL accounting will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
