About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Intern for Property Agents to join our team at PRODEAL SDN.BHD. in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This is a full-time role that will provide you with hands-on experience in the residential real estate industry. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced property agents and learn the ins and outs of the sales process.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting property agents with client viewings and property presentations
  • Conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Helping with the preparation of sales and marketing materials
  • Participating in client meetings and negotiations
  • Maintaining detailed records and providing administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Real Estate or Business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a keen interest in learning
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the company
