Conduct inspections on properties under various conditions to ensure compliance, identifying both internal and external defects.
Perform thorough building inspections and surveys.
Prepare comprehensive Building Condition Assessment reports.
Evaluate all aspects of a property, diligently seeking out defects.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues throughout the inspection process.
Generate detailed reports and provide recommendations as necessary.
Identify defects and offer advice on remedial actions and recommendations to clients.
Available to travel to any designated location as required.
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Building Surveying or relevant field, or equivalent Professional Certificates.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in CPBS101, CIS 7:2021, and MS Office.
Own transportation with a valid driving license (B/B2 or D).
Working in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, with flexibility to cover other areas if needed. Office visits required if needed.
Willingness to travel for outstation assignments.
Demonstrated dedication, eagerness to learn, responsibility, discipline, positive attitude, and punctuality.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Quick learner, dedicated, and capable of working independently.
Ability to thrive under high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in computer usage and software applications.
Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
