Job Purpose:
- The position responsible for assisting in effective and efficient management of the Legal and Compliance Department.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- To assist compliance on the investigation related to Compliance matters and to monitor ethics and compliance investigations and support remediation plans.
- Prepares reports on investigative findings to inform the relevant stakeholders the result of the investigation and makes recommendations to address the issues raised.
- To assist on whistleblowing committee related works.
- To support training on Code of Conduct (COC).
- Liaises and collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to execute investigations and draft and review strategic documents e.g. manuals, policies and guidelines
- Coordinate the awareness programme for all staffs on legal and compliance subjects (i.e. awareness programme on corruption, PDPA, etc.).
- To support the introduction, implementation, and enforcement of subject specific Code of Conduct programs including training-related activities.
- To work closely with the Legal team and other teams to achieve the Company’s compliance objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or closely related education background.
- At least five (5) years’ experience in related field.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and able to work with all levels of management and multinational staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and contribute to the Legal & Compliance Department.

- SapuraOMV Office, Tower 2, KLCC, Kuala Lumpur.
Reporting:
- This position reports to the Compliance Counsel.
