About the role
In this full-time position based in Selangor (Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Seri Kembangan or Cheras), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our retail operations.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, sales, and account management
- Demonstrating and promoting products and services to drive sales
- Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space
- Processing customer transactions and payments accurately and efficiently
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable support to ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
What we're looking for
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Retail or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry (Non-experience candidates are also welcomed to apply)
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
