Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead the social media efforts for our clients. The ideal candidate is proficient in managing multiple platforms, crafting engaging content, executing performance marketing strategies, and driving lead generation. You will play a pivotal role in creating and managing campaigns that build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and deliver tangible results.

You should have a strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and social media management tools, be skilled in using Canva for content creation, and have experience managing paid ads campaigns and budgets. The ability to perform social media audits and provide clients with strategic insights is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Conduct detailed social media audits and provide clients with strategic consulting to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Create and execute performance-driven social media marketing campaigns, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media and ads platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads), ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and content to optimize performance and enhance conversions.
  • Create engaging, on-brand social media content using Canva, collaborating with the content team to align with client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure that all strategies remain effective and innovative.
  • Collaborate with clients to align on social media goals, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage both organic and paid social media efforts to foster community growth, engagement, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with expertise in managing multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and a strong understanding of ads platforms.
  • Skilled in paid advertising management, A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns to drive lead generation and maximize ROI.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva for content creation, with an eye for creative, engaging design.
  • Experience managing multiple advertising budgets and tracking results.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a second language is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
