We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team in the fashion retail industry. You will assist in executing marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to stores and e-commerce platforms, and engage with customers through various marketing channels. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and fashion retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content for social media platforms (e.g., Intsagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends and report on content performance using analytics tools.
  • Help develop and execute campaigns to grow social media engagement and followers.

Market Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in gathering insights on new marketing opportunities and consumer behavior.

Campaign Support

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and collaborations.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce marketing materials (e.g., banners, flyers, email newsletters).

E-Commerce Marketing

  • Assist in the management of online campaigns, including email marketing, web banners, and product descriptions.
  • Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics, and suggest improvements for online presence and performance.

Event Coordination

  • Support the team in organizing marketing events such as store openings, fashion shows, and influencer partnerships.
  • Help manage logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional material preparation.

Branding & Visual Merchandising

  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that in-store and online visual presentations align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Help track the performance of marketing activities and compile weekly and monthly reports.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization of marketing efforts.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including handling invoices, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials inventory.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the fashion industry and marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • (Optional) Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)is a plus.
  • Period of internship: 3-6 months.
