Job Summary:

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and initiatives. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be instrumental in executing data-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, and delivering personalized experiences. You will collaborate with multiple markets & brands to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement CRM Strategies:

  • Create and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce to segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the market & brand team to define customer segmentation and personalize marketing communications.

Execute Data-Driven Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Customer Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Perform data enrichment to ensure data quality and improve targeting capabilities.

Analyze Customer Insights:

  • Use analytical tools to analyze customer data, such as demographics, purchase behaviour, and engagement metrics, to identify key insights.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and performance indicators.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Support marketing campaigns by providing expertise in data analysis and segmentation.
