We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will manage the overall HR function, leading a small team of HR executives across various verticals of our business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR executives, ensuring consistent HR support across different business units.
  • Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and systems to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support in handling complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, development, and retention, creating a positive workplace environment.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of HR experience, with a strong background in managing HR operations and leading teams.
  • Proven track record of setting up HR processes, policies, and systems from scratch.
  • Passionate about HR leadership, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex HR challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
