Key Responsibilities:
- Product Education and Expertise: Utilize industry, market, and product knowledge to proactively educate the Ant organization about our product roadmap and strategy.
- Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze and synthesize data to create content that defines approaches and strategies for product performance programs. Design product solutions to enhance competitiveness and manage launch activities for product features and MVPs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with regional teams and clients to gather feedback, improving cross-functional communication and execution.
- Product Development and Training: Develop global remittance products and provide guidance and training to our partners and clients.
- Requirement Gathering and Communication: Collect and analyze user and business requirements from marketing, user, and business departments. Communicate and confirm these requirements with stakeholders.
- Product Strategy and Optimization: Independently construct and formulate product strategies for global remittance. Design product solutions to enhance competitiveness and optimize user experience.
- User Growth: Align product strategies with business objectives to drive user growth.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Cross-Border Payments: Strong knowledge of cross-border payment products, remittance, and funds management. Understanding of business, policies, and regulations related to collections, currency exchanges, and remittances is highly valuable.
- Ecommerce and Digital Payments: Familiarity with ecommerce and digital payment trends and technologies.
- Experience and Education: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- User Growth and Communication: Experience with user growth strategies and strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
