Mechanical/Material/Corrosion/Piping Engineering accredited by Board of Engineer Malaysia or approved equivalent with CGPA 3.5 CGPA / 2nd Class Upper.

Technip Energies is looking for passionate Graduate Piping Material Engineer with 0-2 years of experience and should possess Bachelors Degree in
Mechanical/Material/Corrosion/Piping Engineering accredited by Board of Engineer Malaysia or approved equivalent with CGPA 3.5 CGPA / 2nd Class Upper.
About The Job
- Select applicable standard, codes and specification and incorporate them in the job specification.
- Prepare summary of piping classes.
- Establish Piping Material Specification and ensure correct implementation to piping standard assemblies. Perform material selection.
- Prepare SP item List
- Provide data for piping components to 3D Cad Administrator.
- Prepare valve datasheets and specialty items datasheets.
- Prepare Material Requisitions (MR).
- Prepare Job Specification for Supply (JSS) based on the project requirements.
- Prepare Technical Bid Tabulation (TBT).
- Review vendor documents and drawings after purchase order placement.
- Provide mechanical data for Line List. This includes piping pressure & NDE testing requirements.
- Summarize all BQ (Bill of Quantities) calculation. This includes total inch-dia , total surface area for painting and insulation when required.
- Possess Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Material/Corrosion/Piping Engineering accredited by Board of Engineer Malaysia or approved equivalent.
- Registered with Board of Engineers (BEM) or equivalent
- Possess less than 2 years within engineering/industry
- Fresh graduates shall possess minimum of 3.5 CGPA / 2nd Class Upper Honors Degree
- Strong inclination towards Instrumentation design and engineering analysis
- Good interpersonal skills, fast learner, good team player and willing to learn and grow with the organization
- Self-motivated with good communication skills in both oral and written
