  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor to oversee our supplier safety and compliance program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk assessment, audit processes, and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive audit strategies covering pre-audit planning, on-site inspections, digital security checks, and post-audit reviews.
  • Design and maintain quantitative metrics to assess supplier performance across various safety and compliance areas.
  • Lead a team of auditors, ensuring their competency and continuous professional development.
  • Conduct risk assessments and prioritize suppliers for audits based on critical factors.
  • Oversee on-site safety inspections, including accommodation, transportation, and activity safety checks.
  • Evaluate security and data protection measures.
  • Analyse audit findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain a continuous monitoring system for real-time safety alerts.
  • Develop and oversee supplier training programs on safety and compliance topics.
  • Ensure timely completion of annual re-audits for high-risk suppliers.
  • Monitor insurance coverage compliance and sustainability certifications among suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in developing and tracking performance metrics
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and corrective action planning
  • Familiarity with data protection principles
