- Utilise various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback.
- Respond to candidate inquiries, foster transparency and build a favourable perception of the organisation.
- Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date candidate information within ATS.
- Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, preferences and team dynamics, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organisational efforts.
- Provide support in developing job descriptions and defining candidate requirements.
- Support onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation, ultimately fostering employee retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation.
- Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations.
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any related fields.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply.
- Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
