Responsibility
- To market and advertise room for rent at social media/online platform.
- Responsible in company online marketing campaign & planning execution.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Social Media Platform management & Social Media content management such as tik Tok , Instagram and Facebook.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize future efforts.
- To prepare marketing tools(digital and printed) such as products write-up, brochures/booklet and proof reading.
- To handle call and messages from customer
- To set appointment for our sales team with client on room viewing.
- To follow up with clients, and provide consultation & recommendation
- To achieve target set by the company.
- Research current marketing trends related to be up-to-date with the current/latest trends (co-living/room rental industry)
- Collaborate with sales teams to design marketing materials that support sales objectives and drive lead generation
- Build community engagement and proactively monitor and respond to followers
- Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
- Manage the company’s website, ensuring all property listings and content are up-to-date and accurately reflect available services.
- Prepare marketing budgets and ensure all campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.
- To do product shooting of video & pictures to market company products.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing/e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Daily posting to several online platforms FB Live
- Fluent in Bahasa and English. Mandarin is a plus
- Must possess own transport and laptop
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
