- Responsible for efficiently and accurately handling daily routine tasks such as managing phone reservations from various outlets, coordinating reservation schedules, and more.
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding available services, pricing, and any other inquiries they may have.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the different outlets, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, always ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Able to plan, execute, and oversee projects related to reservation systems, customer service enhancements, and process improvements.
- Leading and mentoring junior staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- To perform any other duties as assigned immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.
- Minimum SPM graduated
- Organized and efficient in daily tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and actively look for ways to help people
- Proficiency in using office software applications, telephone systems, and other relevant tools.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- The position requires working 6 days a week with shift rotation.
