Job Responsibility
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new wholesale customers and distributors through proactive prospecting, networking, and participation in trade shows. Expand our market presence and drive business growth across various channels.
- Order Collection: Collect orders from customers, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams to handle order fulfillment and delivery.
- Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. Manage stock levels effectively to meet customer demand and minimize discrepancies.
- Customer Support and Retention: Deliver support to existing clients, promptly addressing any issues and enhancing overall customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Product Presentations and Negotiations: Lead presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Use data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve our product offerings and sales strategies, enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Diploma / BachelorĂ¢s degree in related fields.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Sales & Marketing
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
