KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnership with existing clients and extension of client base to agreed Client Partnering strategy
  • Take responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions
  • Establish alternatives for brand/marketing communication and advertising strategy
  • Drive the development of new marketing communication and advertising strategy for products and programmes as well as the creation of new alternative offline revenue streams
  • Regularly assessing performance of existing programs/solutions and finding new methods for increasing yield
  • Developing successful market proposition, pricing and go-to-market strategies for these new commercial products/program
  • Creating all relevant go-to-market collateral and communication programs to support new product/program launches
  • Responsibility for key process improvement projects as agreed with Account Director (e.g. Creative briefing process, financial tracking etc)
  • Ensure account and project management are continually aligned and provide timely and consistent communication to account director and team about the project status, profitability and people
  • Develop strong relationships with all other parts of the business and raise profile within the agency
  • Provide team with broader industry knowledge and specialism
  • Collaborative partnerships with Project management team, product marketing teams and creative teams.
  • Identify continuously client’s needs and establish/present initial strategy alternatives accordingly
  • Present clear instructions, guidelines and prompt review to junior members
  • Develop new clients and competition PT; support to create opportunity for competition PT
  • In-charge of financial performance (P&L target) management; in charge of managing client’s billing and profit targets, and closely observe client’s financial security and report results
  • Active participation in monthly team finance meetings in partnership with budget controller

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • A diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications
  • Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process and budget control
  • Minimum 3- 4 years of relevant experience as Senior Brand executive
  • Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches
  • Good understanding of alcohol industry
  • Experience in servicing FMCG brands mainly related to Alcohol is crucial
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Dedication to clients and team colleagues
  • Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production
  • Experience working in an integrated agency environment
