Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned products to meet sales, profit, and growth targets.
  • Implement and monitor strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on strategy effectiveness and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to optimize performance.
  • Partner with the Promotion Manager to align efforts towards shared objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Development and Market Research teams to innovate new products and improve existing ones.
  • Lead relationships with distributors, agencies, and relevant departments to ensure product success.
  • Conduct monthly distributor visits (excluding Central Area) and provide follow-up reports within one week.
  • Submit key reports including product performance, sales targets, promotion results, and rolling budgets.
  • Perform monthly and annual product performance analysis and implement action plans for national and regional distributors.

Job Requirement:

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry is essential.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
