Executive (Process INA) - Petronas Malaysia

Monitor the operations and performance of the assigned units, develop, analyse and plan the implementation of the process studies to increase plant/asset efficiency and sustainability, participate in process engineering activities to achieve optimum, safe, operable and reliable plant's/ asset's facilities and systems as well as timely completion of engineering work in meeting the overall project schedule, scope and budget

Provide process technology technical support and interfacing with internal and external customer for sustaining plant/asset operation, predicting plant/asset related issues, assessing plant/asset equipment performance, complying to process safety, identifying issues and recommending solutions to stakeholders in meeting plant/asset performance at most economical, efficient and safe operations, manage risk within tolerable level whilst complying to the Work Processes and Management System.

Diagnose and interpret plant data and performance monitoring; Analyze, develop and strategize predictive monitoring tool of critical operating parameters to identify the production capability and forecast the unit run length

Perform feasibility study and equipment design for process engineering design proposal to acquire approval for the plant improvement / upgrading pertaining to safety / environment / operational flexibility and economics of operation.

Analyse plant process operating conditions and control, identify anomalies, troubleshoot and recommend for corrective actions /improvement for purpose of rectification & achievement of plant efficiency & quality products as per specifications.

Contribute to PHA, RCFA, Reliability and Integrity study to ensure safe and reliable plant operation in conformance to HSE standards, statutory requirements and Business KPBI

Review, advise and provide support on plant changes, projects, commissioning performance test run (PTR) / acceptance test procedures to test for compliance with design specifications.

Contribute towards development of competent Technologist / Engineers by attending and completing assigned training program.

Support Turn Around preparation, execution, start up and shutdown.

Perform technical evaluation on chemicals, catalysts, materials and involve tendering process
