Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead sourcing projects including tendering, negotiations and selection of suppliers that deliver the targeted business results. Success involves understanding the business and commercials and the associated supply markets and demand characteristics and contract requirements.
  2. Manage overall spend on assigned categories to successfully drive business requirements by selecting, negotiating, contracting and managing suppliers’ new and existing products in a manner that optimizes quality, service, innovation and cost objectives.
  3. Following and enforcing ARBM procurement policies and procedures.
  4. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services.
  5. Ensures contracts are effectively negotiated using fact-based logic and subsequently managed to deliver value and meet business needs.
  6. Perform procurement operations activities covering vendor onboarding, PO creation, contract renewal etc.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years in procurement.
  2. Background in the banking industry
  3. Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  4. Possess an analytical mindset, agile and comfortable working in an agile environment & workspace.
  5. Understand of Total Cost Of Ownership (TCO) principles.
  6. Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement process including source to contract, procure to pay and spend analytics.
