Job Summary

The Executive Retail Marketing, Sales & Event Manager develops and implements innovative marketing strategies, leads sales teams, and coordinates events to enhance customer experiences and drive sales growth. This role collaborates across departments to align initiatives with business goals, boosting brand presence and profitability.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Sales Management: Lead sales teams to achieve targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve outcome.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage retail events, including product launches, promotions, and community engagements to drive foot traffic and customer interaction.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and sales tactics.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, and customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
