Job Scope:

  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with the Research & Development department to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on product use and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Continuously update knowledge of product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with electrical protection systems and energy monitoring solutions is a plus.
