Job Scope:
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with the Research & Development department to resolve complex issues.
- Develop technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on product use and troubleshooting techniques.
- Continuously update knowledge of product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with electrical protection systems and energy monitoring solutions is a plus.
