Position Overview – Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chairman in researching and analyzing international markets, contributing to the development of strategies for overseas expansion.
- Assist the Chairman in evaluating the operational and market performance of the Indian company and in establishing annual goals and strategies.
- Help the Chairman enhance management systems within the Indian company to ensure ongoing organizational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the Chairman in researching and analyzing overseas markets, contributing to the development of strategies for international business.
- Assist the Chairman in evaluating the operational and market performance of the Indian company and in setting annual objectives and strategies.
- Help the Chairman continuously enhance management systems within the Indian company to maintain organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Chairman to formulate the Indian company’s annual budget, ensuring effective control to meet sales and profit targets, as per group requirements.
- Oversee and guide procurement supplier management to ensure alignment with annual procurement goals and group strategies.
- Assist in directing research and development (R&D) and production teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual R&D and production goals.
- Support the Chairman in leading the marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets at various stages.
- Ensure timely and effective management of logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Regularly gather and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights in the Indian baking industry, providing feedback for strategic decision-making.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Specialization: Professionally trained in areas such as strategic planning, marketing, supply chain management, human resources, and finance; well-versed in local laws and regulations in India.
- Over 10 years of experience as a General Manager in international companies integrating production, sales, and R&D, with preference for candidates with experience in Indian companies.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of effective communication with Indian colleagues
- Abilities: Strong logical thinking, leadership skills, excellent professional ethics, persuasiveness, decisiveness, a strong sense of responsibility, and career ambition.
- Location: Based primarily in Delhi, India, with travel to other cities in India and Southeast Asia; regular visits to the home country as per group management policies.
