- To assist HR Manager in performing overall planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising a daily activities & HR Department.
- To support Human Resources functions including Work Pass Administration, Foreign Workers Management, Staff Welfare etc.
- Handle foreign worker such as application for renewal, termination of employment pass
- Liaise with Foreign Worker agency & related government bodies to ensure regulation compliance
- Familiar with process of HRDF applying for training grant to reimbursement claim or levy.
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, leave and attendance record)
- Monitor staff OT record, Claim and Hardship allowance submission.
- Resolve administrative problem and inquiries.
- Responsible for HR functions such as payroll management, staffing, recruitment activities, leave management, medical claim, disciplinary and counselling, employee relation and other HR functions.
- To organize proper record keeping and filing of staff correspondences and documents.
- Register EPF & SOCSO for new workers
- Language requirement: English
- At least 2 years of experienced in this field
- Degree in HR or Related Courses
