Sales Funnel Management

  • Generate and capture as many leads as possible in the funnel (volume).
  • Convert leads along the funnel to achieve sales targets (efficiency).
  • Capture accurate customer information (transparency).
  • Maintain all records systematically for effective use of the Sales Funnel system and report daily to sales supervisor/Branch Manager or any other person to whom you are assigned.
  • Retain and update customer information to ensure customer loyalty and support all RM initiatives.
  • Ask for referrals for other prospects.
  • Log all prospective buyers including current customers, telephone directories, trade registers, business contacts, personal acquaintances, prospect locators, etc. and other methods recommended by the Sales Supervisor and Branch Manager.
  • Ensure records and systems are maintained and updated as required.
  • Ensure follow-up on any aspect of selling, e.g., post-events, showroom visits, test drives, offers, delivery (3 months, 6 months, etc.) and customer satisfaction surveys.

    Sales Process

    • Adhere to the Sales Process.
    • Ensure vehicle is properly prepared for delivery.
    • Follow up on delivery to ensure customers satisfaction.
    • Exercise proper collections on payment and ensure its compliance.
    • Adhere to all relevant government legislations and regulations governing the motor trade.
    • Attend sales training when nominated by Company.

      Sales Planning

      • Understand how to penetrate competitor’s market.
      • Collaborate with Sales Supervisor or Branch Manager on pricing and discounts in order to maximise returns on sales.
      • Familiarise with every aspect of our range of vehicles / products in order to answer relative questions correctly and keep up-to-date.
      • Fully conversant with Company sales policies and Company sales and servicing policies.
      • Carry out existing laid down company policies.
      • Display highest integrity, exercise initiative, judgement and tact and to conduct you at all times to the complete satisfaction of the Company.
      • Engage in company business only. Not allowed to trade on personal interest.
      • Quickly and efficiently attend to customers and address complaints that may arise from time to time.
      • Perform showroom duty on a specified day according to the roster. Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the showroom and the vehicles of the day.

        Others

        • Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
        • Promote & sell insurance policy for new cars and other company products made available from time to time.

  • Minimum SPM or other equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Have experience in the business of selling products to high.NET-worth individuals will also be considered even without experience in the automotive industry.
