Position: Data Validation Assistant/Data Entry

Must-have requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree
• Experience working with Excel and ERP for data entry and be able to work efficiently
• Proficiency in using Excel for data entry and generating simple reports.
• Ability to maintain a systematic filing storing system and capability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Job Purpose:
- Ensure data input by customer is as per supporting documents and is complete.
- Request Customer Services to contact the customers if forms are incomplete or insufficient supporting documents.
- Verifier to determine and approve the correctness of the online application e.g., selection of nature of business, assignment of AML risk codes, etc.
- Approval based on the Approving Authority
- Submission of CDS forms to Bursa
