  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

1) Local Customer Service functions include:

  • Receipt orders from customers/ hospitals/ medical centers/ sales team
  • Review customer orders
  • Enter order into system
  • Check stock availability
  • Issue invoices to customer including customers' system if applicable
  • Consolidate and mail invoices and supporting document to customer

2) Local Logistics functions include:

  • Selection of most cost effective transporter
  • Arrangement of transportation prior of meeting customer's required surgical date
  • Preparation of stocks order and all the delivery document

3) Management of Warehouse

  • Inventory accuracy management
  • Periodic physical stock count
  • Verification of vendors invoices
  • Prepare product label (ref #, lot #, shipping labels etc)
  • Coordinating with Supplier regarding stocks availability

4) Procurement

(1) Issue PO for direct/indirect purchases

5) Regulatory matter

(1) To endure company modus operation were inline with local/ international regulations and compliances (GDPMD, GST etc).

6) Office & Collection Administration

  • To provide support to the sales team including proper documentation and keeping proper record of activities
  • To assist finance in the collection of accounts receivable and good follow-up from customers
  • Manage the phones, fax, mail etc
  • Ad hoc task as per required by management
