Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and agile Marketing Lead to develop and execute a

comprehensive digital and content marketing strategy together with the leadership team.

You will play a key role in building our brand via our digital assets such as LinkedIn /

Website / Newsletter / podcast, driving sign-ups for our flagship program The

Performance Coach, and growing The Coaching Village. This position is ideal for someone

who thrives in a startup environment and is keen on leading a small team to achieve

impactful marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (LinkedIn, newsletters, events, and

community building) to drive program sign-ups.

- Build and maintain the Emerge Performance brand, associated with coaching, leadership,

and team performance.

- Lead and manage a small team of 2-3 staff (graphic designer, IT/web developer, and

interns).

- Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with company goals.

- Collaborate with a globally distributed team, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

- Manage the buyer's journey, utilizing inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert

leads.

- Foster and grow a global digital community through The Coaching Village.

- Utilize project management platforms like Notion (or similar) to manage teams and

coordinate projects effectively.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community building.

- Proven leadership and project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Notion (or

similar) for managing teams and projects.

- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the coaching, L&D, or leadership development

sectors.

- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced VUCA environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot), Google Analytics, and social

media platforms.

- Understanding of the inbound marketing and buyer’s journey processes.

- English and Chinese language proficiency.

Qualifications:

- Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

- Experience managing a team in a remote, collaborative setting.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed based w.r.t. to industry benchmarks plus variable bonus.
