Job Summary:

Responsible for talent acquisition related matters and participate in leading HR projects from time to time.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing short-term and long-term recruiting strategy and sourcing channels in order to facilitate quick time-to-hire across all opening roles and build talent pipeline to support the company’s growth.
  • Responsible for entire recruitment process including job posting on different recruiting platforms, cold calling, screening, shortlisting and selecting the right candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, conducting reference check and until the placement of the candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers from respective division to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Execute and implement continuous improvements in the recruitment processes.
  • Support retail and office recruitment that includes partnership with vocational schools, universities, colleges and other third-party agency to organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build consistent and sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Support and handle the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
  • Handle and facilitate in manpower planning, talent mapping and market intelligence study.
  • Participate and leading in HR projects and employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in relevant business studies.
  • Min 3 years working experience in retail, FMCG industry will be preferable
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, headhunting, cold calling
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in social media recruitment, CV database and professional networks
  • Resourceful and keeping up with industry trends
