To be eligible for this role, you will require :
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Administration or any related field.
- Minimum internship duration of 3 months.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for working with teams and presenting reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Assist in replying and attending to all incoming correspondence and attend to purchasers’ enquiries/complaints (phone/walk in) which includes status of billing, collection and receipt of payment.
- Check all related legal documents received from solicitors, update, scan and file to respective files in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist to post all correspondence letter, billing, receipt of payment and other related matters to Purchasers, Solicitors, End-Financiers and others.
- Perform any other duties as and when instructed by the Superior from time to time.
