Qualifications & experience

• Hands-on experience in web application and backend development.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Focus primarily on enabling innovation through digital channels and digital deliverables
• Application works planning and load testing.
• Support technical leads to ensure best practices are followed and technical debt is controlled.
• Align/collaborate with enterprise architecture, operations and security.
• Create proof of concepts/ business requirements, process flow, user guidelines and application related documentation.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to continuously learn new concepts and technologies, and proactively share acquired knowledge with team members.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications.
• Ensure seamless user experiences by implementing cross-browser compatible and responsive designs in web applications.
• Build and enhance web applications with comprehensive functionalities.
• Transform business requirements into application designs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Work closely with the team lead to determine software requirements and assess potential system impacts.
