Job Overview:
The Admissions Office Intern will support the Admissions Office in various administrative and operational tasks. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the admissions process of an international school, providing valuable insight into the workings of an educational institution.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Assist with data entry and management of for visa-related matters.
- Organize and maintain new applicant files and documents.
- Ensure that information in the data management system is accurate and all fields are completed.
- Assist the Visa Liaison Officers with paperwork and documentation for immigration matters.
- Process MOE support letter application.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin are advantageous.
