R&D /QC /ACCOUNTS /MARKETING /IT /DESIGNER INTERN

Responsibilities:

R&D Assistant (Internship):

• Assist in the development and formulation of new cosmetic products.
• Support the preparation and testing of raw materials and product samples.
• Document lab results, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
• Conduct research on cosmetic ingredients and industry trends.
• Provide basic support to staff when needed.

QC Assistant (Internship):

• Participate in quality control tests and inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Assist in maintaining QC documentation and reports.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Help with sampling, testing, and recording results for product quality and stability.
• Provide basic support to staff when needed.

IT Assistant (Internship):

• Support the IT team with troubleshooting technical issues across various departments.
• Participate in the setup and configuration of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities to improve workflow through automation or system upgrades.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data within the company’s network.
• Provide basic technical support to staff when needed.

Accounts Assistant (Internship):

• Assist with daily data entry tasks, including recording financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Support the preparation and management of invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Maintain organized financial records and document filing.
• Support with other administrative duties as needed.

Graphic Design Assistant (Internship):

• Assist in creating graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with team members on design projects from concept to completion.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Support the team with other design-related tasks as needed.

Marketing Assistant (Internship):
