The hiring manager is looking for three key critical pillars, which include brand management, commercial acumen and the ability to understand the digital landscape and progression in the company.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10 years of experience in brand management with a successful track record within a FMCG, tech or financial services background.
- Strong understanding of the latest digital martech technology to run the brand in the online space
- Strong people management experience
- Strong commercial knowledge on how to grow the brand both on the offline and online level.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
