Project Implementation and Product Management
- To participate and perform the full project implementation cycle, from the planning stage to completion, post-implementation support, and documentation to the clients.
- To provide mapping requirements with the software application.
- Document business processes conduct product training for client users and facilitate user testing.
- Proactively seek process improvements, implementation, and configuration of solutions, and challenge the current processes for further enhancement opportunities.
- Providing support and resolved clientsâ queries and problem.
- Supporting business development activities.
- To provide professional consulting services to the clients on the Companyâs products and services.
- To continuously keep abreast of product and industry knowledge with alert on the latest technological advancements to provide leadership to cross-functional teams when necessary.
- To deliver tasks and document all work in accordance with defined standards and processes.
- Teamwork â to consistently demonstrate actions (e.g. knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all team members.
- To serve as a mentor to the juniors.
- To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the management.
- Possesses Bachelorâs Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MSSQL queries will be an added advantage.
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel depending on project requirements.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities to be able to advise on business workflow/automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical skill â to acquire minimum business analytics for data analysis and troubleshooting use.
