  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

You are responsible to:

  • Provide support for complex and internally escalated issues related to IT operations, dealing with both systems and equipment.
  • Responsible for all aspects of managing and administrating company-wide IT infrastructure assets and networks.
  • Test and evaluate IT systems, software and new technologies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of policies and procedures for various tasks related to IT systems, IT operations, disaster recovery, security management, data management and business continuity planning.
  • Plan, delegate, monitor and verify tasks assigned to a team of IT administrators.
  • Provide support in various IT-related projects with multiple deadlines.
  • Report system progress and route any issues appropriately.
  • Coordinate and conduct user training sessions regarding system changes and enhancements, and to address any arising issues.
  • Provide guidance and professional support to the team members by sharing knowledge and technical expertise.

To be successful for the role:

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in IT industry.
  • Proven experience as an Analyst specialising in IT infrastructure development or equivalent.
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of domain and server setup, data storage and backup, IT network infrastructure and system support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Linux/Unix OS, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, Microsoft Azure and O365, VMware, Firewall, LAN/vLAN, and WAN
  • Ability to leverage tech solutions to meet IT operational needs.
