Job description: Job Summary
- In this role, you will act as a Special Officer, assisting the Senior Manager on examining strategic issues impacting the company and its future. This includes conducting macroeconomic, real estate, corporate finance research and analysis.
- The main jobscope revolves around providing comprehensive support to the Senior Manager, enabling him/her to focus on strategic priorities and achieve organizational objectives effectively.
- Working with the team to add value by helping to generate actionable insights that deliver value to stakeholders. This role provides exposure to real estate across asset classes and geographies, and analytics in a business context and provides interaction with senior management, internal and external parties
- Attend meetings and record minutes for circulation, documentation and approvals throughout the department’s operation.
- Provide support to the Market Intelligence team as instructed by the AGM including but not limited to redendering assistance to data collection, analysis, strategic planning, site investigations, deck/proposal preparation and organizing meetings.
- Provide executive support, risk management, project management, communication and liaison as well as problem-solving and decision support.

- Formulate and clearly articulate proposal/strategy papers to management.
- Ability to prepare, filter, and analysing data with prior experience in real estate would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with feasibility studies, including design layouts, optimal sales area, compliance with all relevant authorities’ requirements, cost planning and development planning of land for internal marketing strategy and cash flow projection would be an advantage.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management
- Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Mathematics/Acturial Science/Economics related discipline.
- Good Knowledge in finance or engineering would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in property development/ business development/ real estate.
- Strong desire to learn all aspects of real estates and whole lifecycle from investment to divestment.
- Familiarity with aspects in typical property development and real estate would be an advantage.
- Good command of English (written & verbal) & presents thoughts articulately.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Fundamentals of market economics.
- Must be able to communicate well with others (internal and external stakeholders) in formulating proposals.
