Discovering This Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the recruitment process while supporting other HR operations, such as employee relations, onboarding, and compliance. You will play a critical role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth, efficient HR workflow that aligns with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
  • Assist in the development of talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Support HR generalist functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and HR policies.
  • Assist with the execution of HR programs such as performance appraisals, employee engagement initiatives, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure HR processes and policies comply with labor regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and generalist HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with HR regulations, employment law, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
