Grow togetherAs an Project Manager in the Transport team, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute projects delivering new project management skills and technologies. You will be working with experts of the Transport & Enabling Capabilities as well as Business Units colleagues. We ensure projects are delivered on time and with great quality – every single project, every day.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Work with cross functional team to deliver technical or non-technical project requirements, deadlines and schedules Project Stakeholder Management and Meetings, ensuring all parties are informed on schedule and progress
• Manage cross collaboration initiatives within the team to achieve efficiency and seamless delivery
• Support Portfolio Management activities such as alignment of team plan, dashboard, services catalogue and initiatives along with DHL strategy
• Manage Project Management Office activities such as project contractor onboarding, raising internal purchase requests via designated systems and other necessary activities
• Track and provide project status reports (progress, budget, time, risk, issue)
• Coordination of change requests and test/production implementation
  
  
  

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:As an Associate Project Manager, having Project Management expertise is a huge plus.Having PMP/Prince 2 certificate will also be an added advantage for this role.

You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
