About The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional departments to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will be responsible for strategizing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, producing, and coordinating the production of compelling content across various social media platforms and blogs, and optimizing SEO and SEM efforts to drive growth, increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Able to develop marketing plans and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to create engaging digital content and assets.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's online presence, including website, social media profiles, and other digital platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media algorithms, and email marketing automation.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate marketing strategies to stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
