We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager who is proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay to lead our social media strategies and oversee relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, experience in managing KOL campaigns, and a passion for growing brand awareness through innovative content and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy, Ads & Campaign Management

  • Develop and manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Create social media ads (Facebook, Google, etc.), manage budgets, and monitor performance to optimize for reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to keep the brand at the forefront of the digital landscape.
  • Act as project owner for Facebook CPAS, Google SEM/SEO, and geolocation targeting ads.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, tools, and competitor strategies to keep the brand competitive.
  • Analyze the performance of social media content and campaigns, paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.

2. KOL/Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors across multiple platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs, ensuring favorable terms and clear deliverables.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor KOL marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Track the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and reports on ROI, reach, and -engagement.

3. Retail Marcom Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with mall partners and Points of Contact (PIC) on joint marketing activities.
  • Manage the brand’s presence on mall platforms such as Facebook, apps, or other channels as required.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging and promotional efforts with retail partners.
  • Ensure brands POSM in retail outlets are always up to date and in tip top condition.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve strategies, using data from platforms like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, and others.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and industry benchmarks to keep the brand competitive.

5. Collaboration & Cross-functional Work

  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and developers to support social media needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong emphasis on digital marketing, paid ads & KOL management.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, including working with contracts and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Shopee & Xiaohongshu), and Facebook CPAS, Google SEM and SEO
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in influencer outreach and management.
  • Creative, innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
