It's an exciting time of growth for IFF, we’re inviting dedicated and passionate individual to join us as Sales Coordinator for our Malaysia & Singapore. Nourish division, to be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role will be reported to Sales Leader – Malaysia & Singapore.

Job Description

The role for Sales coordinator will be expected to become an integral component of the IFF Commercial team, this will include providing comprehensive administrative support, taking responsibility for regular client communication/ interface in all formats, promoting customer satisfaction.

The Core Tasks And Key Responsibilities Include

  • Be a first point of contact for customers (both internal and external) related to commercial administration matters, sampling, documentation, and existing/ new business queries.
  • Work closely with other IFF functions such as GRA, QC, operations, supply chain and the relevant IFF production facilities to manage and see through to completion any actions relevant to the Customer projects / requests.
  • Coordinate communications between the external customer and IFF departments and ensure timely reply to questions and follow-ups on actions.
  • Correct, timely and accurate usage and maintenance of IFF and SAP systems according to the IFF business rules (e.g., pricing, forecast, customer master data, product submissions, etc.), ensuring data integrity
  • To ensure that the price lists for the Customers are maintained throughout the year.
  • To ensure that data bases i.e., documents, price list located on dedicated account share-points are kept updated.
  • Build & maintain Flavor Bank for Malaysia, while supporting sales team on off-shelf flavor submission tasks.
  • Support sales team on flavor evaluation & dosing into customers’ base for customer’s projects.
  • Support the Sales Leader by running SAP business reports related to sales and order intake, plus any subsequent commercial review or discussion.
  • Back-up for the other sales coordinator as a Team.
  • Liaise directly with the Customers on relevant matters when required, both on a proactive and reactive basis
  • Subject to Sales Leader’s decision, may take ownership of some transactional customer accounts as Inside Sales role.
